Earning and withdrawing are different stages

An activity record, a revenue-share setting, a reward balance and withdrawable cash are different things. Use the relevant account screen to see what is recorded, what is still being checked and what is available to request.

Your account’s eligibility, enabled programmes and displayed payout or redemption terms govern what you can use. A blank balance is not a statement that a fixed amount is owed.

What “from day one” means

Eligible creators can earn from their first qualifying video, and qualifying member watch time can count from the start of participation. Uploading, opening a video or creating an account does not guarantee a payment. The activity must qualify and pass the relevant checks.

Where to review your records

  • Creator studio → Earnings: video records, balances and related earnings information.
  • Creator studio → Revenue shares: the terms assigned to videos in communities you manage.
  • Rewards: member sources, balances, vouchers, gifts and redemption records.
  • Referral earnings: recorded credits, release conditions, available balance and payouts.

Common questions

Are points, vouchers and cash the same balance?

No. Keep reward units, voucher or gift redemptions, video earnings and referral cash credits separate. A reward amount is not automatically a cash withdrawal entitlement.

Does everyone earn the same amount per view?

Do not assume a fixed platform-wide rate. Eligibility, verified activity, the programme’s terms and the recorded revenue or reward source affect the amount.
