Set up bank details and request a payout
Prepare an eligible balance, verify the recipient and track the request you submit.

Check the available amount
Use the available balance for the relevant earning source, not the total recorded or pending amount. Review the minimum, supported payout method and account requirements shown in the payout screen.
For referral cash credits, the request minimum is ₦10,000 in available credits. The bank payout flow uses a supported Nigerian bank account and bank-detail verification through Paystack.
Request the payout shown for your account
- Open the payout area for the earning source you want to withdraw.
- Check that the account and balance meet the displayed requirements.
- Choose the bank and enter the details in Togeda’s payout form.
- Review the resolved account-holder name carefully before saving or confirming.
- Review the amount and any terms shown, then submit the available payout request.
- Save the request reference and use the payout history to follow its progress.
If the account-holder name is wrong
Stop and recheck the bank and account details. Do not confirm a different recipient just to get past the form. Bank-detail resolution confirms a bank record; payout review can still require the account and recipient to meet Togeda’s checks.
Protect your payment details
Enter bank details only in the verified payout flow. Support does not need your password, email verification code, bank PIN, card PIN or one-time bank authorisation code. A payment request in a chat or AI conversation is not a verified Togeda payout instruction.
