Redeem an available reward
- Open Rewards and review the source and available balance.
- Open Vouchers & gifts and choose an offer available to your account.
- Read its reward cost, partner, region, expiry, delivery requirements and redemption conditions.
- Review the details shown before confirming the redemption.
- Open Redemptions to track the request reference, status and delivery or fulfilment information.
If a voucher or gift is delayed
Check the redemption record before making another request. A submitted request is different from an issued voucher or a fulfilled gift. Follow the recorded status and instructions for that particular item.
For an invalid code, missing delivery or failed request, send support the redemption reference and the exact issue. Keep the full voucher code private unless support asks for it through a verified channel.
