Time must qualify before it counts
Member watch-time earnings relate to accumulated, eligible viewing verified for the account. A page opening, video starting, background tab or raw view counter is not, by itself, proof of payable watch time.
Use the earning terms and activity information shown for your account. Do not infer a fixed amount per minute, a universal watch-time threshold or guaranteed earnings from all viewing.
Review your activity
- Sign in to the account whose activity you want recorded.
- Watch eligible content normally in communities you can access.
- Review the relevant member earning or reward source, including its status and qualification information.
- Separate pending or unverified activity from available amounts.
- If a record seems wrong, note the video, community, date and approximate viewing period before contacting support.
Watch-time earnings and view-based rewards differ
Watching a video and receiving views on your own approved video are different sources. A creator-shared reward is another source. The programme attached to the record determines whether the benefit is a cash earning, reward unit, voucher or gift entitlement.
Use the platform normally
Repeated automation, manipulated engagement or misleading activity can fail verification. Do not use third-party tools that promise guaranteed earnings or ask for your password, verification code or payment credentials.
