Why is my referral credit locked?
Work through the qualification checks before requesting a withdrawal.

Read the reason next to the credit
- Confirm the community and whether the invitation was a member or creator invitation.
- Check whether you have published the required content in that community.
- Check the active-member milestone: the owner does not count toward the 50-member condition.
- For a creator invitation, check the invitee’s creator approval and published content in the same community.
- For member referral credits, review the account’s watch-time qualification. An unresolved check keeps the credit locked.
- Review available credits separately from total recorded credits and compare the available amount with the ₦10,000 referral withdrawal minimum.
A held credit is already in a request
Credits held in a payout request cannot fund another request at the same time. Review the request’s reference and status rather than trying to claim them again. A failed or reversed payout can require further review before the related credits are available again.
When the displayed reason looks wrong
Send support the community, invitation type, referral record or reference, the displayed reason and the milestone you believe is met. A screenshot of a link click or an unverified view count does not establish a qualifying conversion.
