Choose where the post belongs

Independent posts let you share with the wider platform without joining a community first. Community posts belong to a particular space and follow its participation rules. The audience choice also affects access and monetization eligibility.

Create your post

1. Choose Create or open the appropriate publishing screen.
2. Select the post type and audience. For a community video, choose the relevant community.
3. Add a clear title, caption and the video or other media requested.
4. Review the community rules and any recorded revenue terms.
5. Publish or submit for approval, then check the post’s status in My content or Creator studio.

Express publishing and member review

Express means direct publishing without a community-owner approval step for an authorised creator. Media processing and platform safety checks still apply.

Member submissions follow the community’s approval settings. Where owner review applies, the owner can approve the post or explain why changes are needed. Joining a community does not by itself give you unrestricted publishing access.

Publishing access is separate from earning eligibility

A live post, an approved creator account and a recorded revenue percentage are different facts. Check the video’s eligibility and its earning record rather than assuming every published post creates payable earnings.
